Reports and Queries
The Reports module is the main tool for auditing and operational analysis. It allows users with Admin and Consultant roles to extract detailed information about transaction history and financial movements.
1. Available report types
Depending on your access level, you can generate and view the following reports:
A. Transaction report
This report shows the detail of every top-up processed by API Connector.
- Included fields: Transaction ID, product SKU, amount, reference (phone), carrier (Telcel, BAIT, etc.), date/time, and status (
SUCCESS,PENDING,FAILED). - Main use: Validate operational success and provide clarification folios to end customers.
B. Wallet movement report
Specific to balance control.
- Included fields: Movement type (Credit/Debit), amount, previous balance, resulting balance, and user who performed the movement.
- Main use: Reconcile completed deposits with the balance assigned in the platform.
2. Advanced filters and search
To speed up information lookup, the portal includes advanced filtering tools:
- Date range: Filter transactions by day, week, month, or custom period.
- Transaction status: View only failed top-ups for retries or only successful ones for sales reporting.
- Carrier and product: Filter by service provider (for example, only Movistar top-ups) or by specific SKU.
- Global search: Search by phone number or unique transaction ID.
3. Data export
All table data can be exported for use in external tools, such as Excel or internal accounting systems:
- Supported formats: CSV and Excel (
.xlsx). - Instant download: Clicking "Export" generates a file with the currently filtered dataset.
- Traceability: Exported reports preserve the same data structure as the database to ensure integrity.
4. Statistics visualization (Dashboard)
In addition to tabular reports, the Dashboard provides visual analytics:
- Volume charts: Sales comparison by day.
- Carrier distribution: Pie chart showing which telecom provider has the highest demand in your operation.
- Success rate: Percentage of successful versus failed transactions in the selected period.
Reports are isolated by account. An Admin can only view and download reports belonging to their associated Principal (Service Account), ensuring one customer's data is never visible to another.
